Common issues and resolutions

When you purchase a new domain or already have an existing domain from another provider and want to use it for your website, in addition to configuring the domain in the Plesk panel, you will also need to add an A record at your domain registrar, pointing to our server’s IP address which was included in the email when you register with us.
